1. Do you have a retail store?
No, rainierarmory.com does no have a retail store. We aim to support your community’s local gun stores and sell their products. We want your local gun store to have more business.

2. Why do you require a buyer to be 21 to purchase a gun?
Federal law allows sales of long guns to persons 18 or older, and of handguns to persons 21 or older. We are currently working on the technical ability to allow both age restrictions to be applied appropriately, but until that capability is in place, we are forced to place an age restriction of 21 on all firearm sales. We hope to have this fixed soon.

3. How can I change/add/cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to change or add to an existing order.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel, please contact our Range masters at info@rainierarmory.com so that we can review your order and determine if it is able to be cancelled.

4. My online order status says “Pending”, what does this mean?
If you purchased a firearm, this means we are waiting on the supplier of your gun to confirm that they still have the inventory available. On rare occasions a gun may be sold before it is able to be removed from our site. If we are unable to fulfill your order immediately, we will find another source or refund your money in full if we cannot find an exact substitute in a timely manner.

If you purchased other accessories or merchandise, this means we are waiting for your order to ship.

5. What are your payment methods?
We accepts Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay or Google Pay, Bitcoins, Cash App, Gift Cards for payment.

6. Do you ship internationally?
No, We currently only ships to specific countries.

7. Are there any fees or taxes when I buy a gun?
Yes, We charges a small fee for each order in exchange for securing the right inventory, maintaining and supporting the local dealer network, handling all the necessary paperwork to have your gun delivered, and provide ongoing support to our customers. You will also be subject to any applicable taxes for a purchase. In the event a gun needs to be shipped you will also be charged a nominal shipping fee.

8. How do I know if my order has shipped?
You can check your order status on the Order History page of your Account Dashboard. Log in to your account here or go straight to your Order History if you’re already logged in. If a tracking number was provided, you will be able to see exact shipping details.

9. How long does it take to normally receive my order?
For firearms, if your selected gun is currently in stock at a local store, you can pick it up immediately! If there is a need to ship the gun to your local FFL, please allow 5-7 days for receipt.

For Optics and magazines it varies based on the shipping option selected (standard, 2 day or next day).

Ammo and Rainier Armory Merch ship standard and should arrive in 5-7 business days.

10. What documents do I need to present in order to buy a gun?
Your valid state driver’s license and depending on the firearm being purchased and your state regulations, concealed-carry or state issued permit may apply.

11. How will I know when my gun is ready to be picked up?
rainierarmory.com will send you an email (and text message if you have selected that option) once your gun is ready to be picked up.

12. How do I know what the legal requirements to purchase, own, or possess a gun in my state are?
Please visit or ask your local, state, or Federal officials to ensure you are in compliance with the most up to date local laws. It is your responsibility to understand the various laws and ensure that you are in compliance

15. Do I need to contact my local FFL dealer to have my gun delivered there?
No, We will contact your local FFL, obtain a copy of their license, and verify that it is still current. We take all the hard work off your plate that other retailers make you do!

16. What are the shipping/handling charges?
For firearms, shipping charges will be applied to your order in the event that the product is not sourced from your local gun store. Real Fire Arms currently charges $25 per gun for shipping.

Ammo is always shipped ground, and costs $10.95 (Standard)

There is an additional fee applied to orders over 100 lbs., this will be calculated in your shopping cart.

Optics and magazines shipping costs vary based on the level of shipping.

Standard = $10.95
2 Day = $36.95
Next Day = $52.95

We Merch ships standard and has no shipping cost.
